The clash of human beings can sometimes drive you crazy! How do we work together? When do you say no? How do we set boundaries? This free lunch-hour workshop is meant for you as we talk about the things that no one talks about, but can affect all of us in the workplace.

You can attend this workshop in person or virtually. There will be time to connect with other workers, Q&A, resources on the topic, and at least one ‘takeaway’ new skill you can try through the week.

The Yukon Federation of Labour, Yukon Employees Union and Mindset Management – Tangible Habit Coaching have teamed up to bring your 3 workshops to improve your mental health at work. Each session offers something new and different. This session will focus on BOUNDARIES.
