How to Chair Successful Meetings

How do they do it?  How do you get people out to a meeting?  What does it take to make committee meetings work?  We will talk about all this and more, as we give you tips, tricks and resources to hold a successful meeting.  It’s not all about the Chair of the meeting, but this evening course will focus on How to Chair a Successful Meeting, and some of the common challenges faced when facilitating meetings. 

If you are part of a Local Union, Council or Committee, we would encourage you to review and bring your Bylaws with you.  This course is open to those who might already be elected to local executive positions or who have to attend committee meetings and wonder what’s going on.
